Nakita Baron

Nakita is our General Manager for CBS Property Group. She has a keen interest in building and construction, currently partway through her Bachelor of Construction Management. With a decade of experience in real estate, Nakita has managed up to 200 properties simultaneously, overseen onsite management of over 300 apartments, and excelled in roles ranging from sales to caretaking and management rights.

Nakita's career highlights include successfully opening and establishing an onsite office, restructuring the business to meet evolving industry expectations, and implementing new software while training and supporting highly experienced staff. Her journey within the company has seen her assume various roles, providing her with comprehensive knowledge from every perspective.

As the General Manager, Nakita's favorite aspect of her role lies in empowering her team with tools, training, and support, witnessing their success in delivering exceptional service to clients. Outside of work, Nakita finds joy in spending time with her young family, engaging in puzzles, reading, and enjoying moments at the beach. Her multifaceted skills and dedication make Nakita an invaluable leader within our organization.
