Our core business is asset management, however, we offer dynamic commercial arrangements in building management, property management, or in most cases, a combination of both. We have been servicing individual clients and developers by means of operating their management rights business or letting rights for almost 10 years.

To date, all of our clients have seen appreciation not only in the asset value of their management rights business but also the capacity to leverage off of a secure and performing asset.

 

Radiance

Radiance Townhouses in Bridgeman Downs are situated just 20 minutes north of Brisbane’s CBD, offering the perfect location for an investment property. With rents increasing by over $80 per week for each lot since completion in November 2018, these townhouses have proven to be an amazing investment.

In July 2018 CBS Property Group was selected to manage the letting and maintenance of Verde Residences, a boutique development consisting of 60 three and four bedroom townhouses, each with two car parks, set amongst a natural bushland.

Within 100 metres of the new Pallara State School and adjacent to a recently opened retail centre, Verde is conveniently located for families. Our investors have been very pleased with the high performance of these properties, having enjoyed rental increases of up to $60 per week for each lot.

 

Hampton Park

Hampton Park is a collection of 38 architecturally designed 3 bedroom townhouses located in Park Ridge. CBS Property Group has once again been engaged to manage and run the letting and caretaking of this complex.

 

Since its completion in late 2019, we have been able to increase rents by up to $120 per week for each lot. With only a few blocks of townhouses in the area and our ability to retain a majority of rentals within the complex, we have been successful in maintaining high rental prices for our clients and driving the local market expectations.

 

Verde South Brisbane

Verde South Brisbane is another joint venture CBS Property Group has successfully established. This high end building of 80 apartments over 11 floors is surrounded by beautiful vertical gardens and finished with a rooftop pool and barbecue area.

Verde’s apartments have been designed to maximise space and allow the residents privacy, whilst providing the convenience of city living with the CBD and West End right on its doorstep. We have strived to maintain the highest quality of residents in this building, ensuring all lot owners and tenants are happy with the facilities and service provided. Located in one of Brisbane’s newer suburbs, this townhouse complex of 60 units has been entirely managed by CBS Property Group since its opening in early 2018. With a great parkland and BBQ area in the centre of the complex, this family friendly lifestyle is enticing to all locals. With a close community of residents that is highly sought after in the greater area.

 

We successfully leased all units within  weeks of opening and have continued to see increases in rents by up to $80 per week for each lot. There’s never a moment of vacancies here, with a waitlist of applications always pending. Due to the majority of rentals being under our management, we have been able to continue achieving the highest possible returns for our clients.

 

Allura

Established in mid 2017, this boutique townhouse complex of 19 units has remained one of Everton Parks most in demand residences. Set in a leafy area and tucked away from the main roads, it’s inviting to all. This complex has been particularly popular with the members of the defence force, with one of the largest barracks just 5 minutes away.

Our vacancies are at almost 0% and rents increasing by $100 per week for each unit, it’s no wonder our clients are happy with their investments.

 

Heathwood Villas

Heathwood Villas, completed in 2016, is a superbly located townhouse complex attached to a small commercial village with a number of shops and a service station. Just minutes away from 2 main arterial roads connecting to the west and south of Brisbane and close to Brisbane’s western industrial area. These units have been very popular with local shift workers and families.

Continuing to manage the majority of rentals in the block, CBS Property Group has maintained high rental returns for all clients including rental increases of up to $70 per week for each unit.

We are onsite maintaining the grounds regularly and assisting all residents on behalf of the developers on an ongoing basis.

 

Hillcrest on Queens

This high end exclusive block of 10 apartments in the beautiful leafy suburb of Taringa is positioned on a no through road, which contributes to its privacy.  With long-term and stable residents, this building has been well maintained and invites only the highest quality occupants to the area.

It has been fully occupied since completion in late 2018 and continues to be popular when advertised.

The Avenues

In late 2019, CBS Property Group partnered with the developer of The Avenues, Marsden, to manage the letting and caretaking of all 30 townhouses. Having all of the management within our rent roll, we have been successful at increasing the rents by up to $40 per week, and have outperformed our clients expectations.

This homely community of 4 bedroom units backs onto natural bushland and welcomes many young families to the complex.
