A LUXURY apartment on a tightly held riverfront street has sold for more than $1.5 million.
A local family bought the three-bedroom unit at 2/15 Griffith St, New Farm, for $1.575 million.
It was listed for sale in April.
Ray White New Farm sales consultant Karla Lynch said it was on the market for such a long time because the seller was looking for a particular price.
